It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests can park their vehicle in the private parking space for free. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe eines wunderschönen, großen und supergrünen Park. Zu Fuß braucht man ca.15 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Ljubljana. Auch ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und gut mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr weich und bequem zum schlafen. Der Gastgeber war beim Check-In sehr freundlich und war auch bei Fragen und Problemen sehr zuvorkommend & schnell erreichbar! Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden!
With Adnan nothing was really complicated. The appartement is lovely and you are less than 30 minutes away from train station and the centre of Ljubljana. Unlike other comments I would say that the smell of cigarettes is only in parts of the staircase and no issue inside of the appartement. Also the bed is very soft but it is really comfortable. Would visit again for my next stay in Ljubljana.
Nice and modern apartment in a residential area of Ljubljana. Check in can get a little tricky as there is an intermediary agency managing communications on airbnb rather than the owner but otherwise everything is great.
The apartment is just a short walk from the city centre (20 min); it's cozy and really clean. The person who came for the check in didn't speak much English but was still super nice and welcoming. thank you!
We’ve really loved Adnan’s accommodation, it’s quite close to the city centre, friendly, well-equipped, and the parking is free. Just two little things, which has caused a bit inconvenience: we missed the microwave and the mattress of the bed was quite uncomfortable (too soft), but all the others were perfect. :)

Ljubljana owes some of its beauty to a catastrophe: An earthquake in 1895 reduced whole neighbourhoods to ruins. But this only gave free rein to visionaries like Jože Plečnik to build Art Nouveau masterpieces from the rubble.
Ljubljana is young, very hip and green as can be: In 2016 it was the European Green Capital, in a part of Europe not always known for environmental friendliness. The city centre is now mostly car-free, public transport is low-emissions and there’s a new cycling network. The squat-turned-cultural zone Metelkova is the go-to for hipsters and live music, and has nightspots, bars and public art installations in an old barracks. Best options to visit are Prešeren Square, Ljubljanica River Trip, Triple Bridge, Ljubljana Castle, Dragon Bridge, Tivoli Park, Ljubljana Cathedral, Central Market, Franciscan Church of the Annunciation, National Gallery of Slovenia, Metelkova Mesto, National Museum of Slovenia, Congress Square, Town Hall, Museum of Illusions, Plečnik House, Ljubljana Zoo and many more...
A bus stop is just a 500 meters away and the train station is about 2,5 km from our property. Taxi services, buss rides, bike or car rental are accessible in Ljubljana.

Since I get a lot of reservations every day, I share my work with my partner agency AlpeAdriaBooker, so I can offer a better service to all my guests. They are a professional property management company helping me every day to manage my reservations. This local agency from Brežice - Slovenia, acts as a connection point, by both maximising the potential for the renters (myself) and carrying for guests along every step of the way. That way the renters and myself have more time to be at guests disposal in person. You will be meeting me at the property, I will give you the keys, while my partners from the agency communicate with my guests online.
