Toms place is easy to find and check in process was smooth. He kindly let us check in earlier and check out later than agreed which was a touch. The apartment is nice and perfect for 2 people. A few snags but all easy fixes such as no microwave available (even though it was on the listing), broken shelf, no kitchen towel provided & wires from the TV running across the living room floor. Other than that the bed is comfortable, nice big tv and sofa is comfy.

Highly recommend staying here. Not far from Bristol town centre so easy and cheap to Uber there. Flat was clean and modern and looked even better than the pictures. Tom was also very helpful and very kind. Thanks Tom

I was there on business so it was ideal to get to and from where I was based. it's well located for getting to the M5, and with Abbey Wood railway station close by it was easy to get into the city or further afield. I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay as there is no WiFi provision; if I was planning day trips out I'd want to be doing it over WiFi (my personal choice, others may not be bothered).

I was lucky to have this opportunity to live in this flat. Price is too reasonable. Actually its better than hotels prices. It will be always my first option at Bristol. Thanks Tom for your professional service
