The living areas in the detached, single-storey cottage consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms both feature Smart TVs and en-suite shower rooms, and consist of a double and a twin. Outside, there is a front enclosed patio with furniture, a rear enclosed patio with furniture and ample off-road parking. Within 0.6 miles, you'll come across a shop, within 0.8, a pub, and within 1.6, a beach. This property won't accept pets or smoking, apologies.
