Lynette’s place is new, spacious, bright, and airy. It is in a peaceful out of town location with not so many houses around which we like. The house is very well equipped with all the amenities that we would expect in our own home. The garage is connected to the house with internal access, making it convenient to unload/reload our luggages. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Furniture and appliances are of the kind of quality that we would choose for our own use. Overall, a very pleasant stay, thanks ;-)

Pristine house in a quiet neighbourhood, about 10mins drive from town. I liked how clean everything was (even the garage!), and how the house was stocked with lots of extras, like baking gear. We managed to make a batch of cookies, which was a nice change from other barebones kitchens. Will recommend!

Thank you Lynette for sharing your lovely home with us. It was a great base to get to any of the many great cycle rides in the area & to come back to and relax in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Everything was provided that we needed and more. It was lovely to see the local kids/teenagers out with their net & bucket & playing spotlight at night. We would totally recommend this house. Thanks again Lynette

My wife and I spent wonderful nights at Lynette's place in a peaceful rural setting yet still close to Greymouth. Lynette is definitely a super host. Quick to respond. My wife thought that she was having a health issue with one eye and Lynette was quick to help with suggestions for medical facilities. The house is as the listing indicates very modern, clean,spacious, and well appointed. There is much to do relatively by. Five nights and we were not ready to leave. If we ever have the opportunity to return to NZ, we will definitely stay here again
