Janet's place is absolutely beautiful. It's got an old stone exterior, but then you get inside and it's really modern and done to an exceptionally high standard. Every room was a pleasure to be in and it's off the scale in terms of value for money. I can see this becoming a little home from home for me. Janet, you have impeccable taste.

Wow, what a beautiful, modern cottage this is. The place is in a prime location for walking and good bars/restaurants and the decor is superb. Janet is a great host and made our stay so easy. Nice welcome muffins and beers as well. We would definitely come back to stay again,

This was a 2 night stay, arranged at short notice when I decided to extend my stay in the area. Janet’s cottage fitted the bill perfectly. It was as described online; the cottage was very clean, easy to access, comfortable and cosy. It looks recently refurbished, and the fixtures, fittings and furnishings were modern, bright and of good quality. Communication with Janet was good before and during my stay and I especially appreciated getting access a couple of hours early, as well as the offer of a ‘relaxed’, no rush departure. Milk and beer in the fridge, as well as a selection of pastries were gratefully received - thank you!. On street parking in the centre of a busy, thriving town is always potentially difficult, but I was able to park immediately outside the cottage. Lots of eating/drinking/shopping options in Clitheroe, and the town is also a good base for walking in the Ribble Valley. Overall, a great stay, and I would very happily return to No9.

Very nice place! Well decorated, very clean, welcome note and pastries were a nice addition. In a very nice area and close to the Tesco and also centre of Clitheroe!

Thank you so much for a lovely stay! Everything was wonderful, and the cottage was very well equipped for all of our needs. The area was quiet and the cottage was very comfortable.
