We were a group of 8 lifelong friends who have stayed together at many Airbnb’s and all agreed this was one of the best. The kitchen/dining area is huge and accommodated all of us easily. The outdoor living space is amazing and will easily become the favorite hangout. Five bedrooms (all with private baths) is a huge plus for couples traveling together. The house was spotless! There were a few minor issues which did not affect our stay and the host was responsive. This home is highly recommended by our entire group!

Jennifer was super responsive with any queston prior to and during our stay. we loved the outdoor heated pool as it enhanced our stay in the fall!

We had a lovely stay at Jennifer's OCNJ home. It was truly beautiful inside and out, and the perfect location if you want access to the boardwalk, but not super close to it for some peace & quiet. We love the bay side. My parents and kids came and the kids especially loved the bonus room upstairs and the small dipping pool. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom is key to getting ready each day. And we have to say the ice machine in the kitchen was HUGE! We plan to stay here again in the years to come. We had a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful and everything we needed. The house is so close to all the amenities in the area. Would definitely recommend this house.
