Mihai was communicative, and even if things did not go as expected with he cleaning, it was something that he could fix in a matter of an hour while we decided to go out. I understand that the cleaning was under the hands of the cleaning company he counted on, it was not under his control the fact that this company did not respond accordingly. But I would appreciate more responsibly in this regard for the next time.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu besuchen. Man findet in der Wohnung alles was man braucht und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Wie konnten keine Mängel feststellen, bis auf minimale Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Ich empfehle die Wohnung definitiv weiter!!

Even though we encountered some missteps on the cleaning aspect and with the check-in process, the apartment owners made sure everything was solved, as well as Airbnb who dealt with the situation in an efficient manner. Outside of the issues we encountered then, the listing location is great, positioned well in the city, close to several markets and the zone was quiet. The listing was beautiful, well decorated as can be appreciated on the site.

The apartment was a great experience overall. We found the place clean and exactly as described and close enough to the center if you have a car or use Bolt/Uber (not so much for walking). The design of the home was also very nice and we were happy for the extra towels and to be able to wash our clothes given the longer stay. They even have heated flooring which was really nice during the winter. Some negatives we encountered included: water not being hot (only warm or luke warm) in the shower and very low water pressure and clogged drain. The kitchen was also not as well equipped as we would have liked - no cutting boards, only one pan filled with used oil from another guest, and some other small things.
