One new bedroom with your own bathroom, living room with sofa bed, bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker. You can also use the kitchen utensils. House was built in 2014, occupied by a couple only and one guest. A few minutes' walk to grocery stores, Tim Hortons, A&W, Dominos, restaurants, and pub. The community has a lake, lawn tennis, volleyball court, and bbq rental place. House is near a bus station to Somersert-Bridlewood station and to downtown. The house is 5 minutes' drive to SHC hospital. Cozy private room and walking distance to major stores and restaurants. 5 minutes drive to South Health Campus.

Good place
Very nice and clean new basement unit . Jay was so kind and helpful. He even provided fruits, bread, orange juice and water . I really enjoyed my stay there . Highly recommended!

Our house is walking distance to famous restaurants and bar like Chairman's Steakhouse, Kenjo, State and Main, Canadian Brewhouse. House is walking distance to Sobeys, Coop, Tim's, hair salon, Dominos, A&W, children playground and bus stations.
Bus station going to downtown Calgary and Somerset Bridlewood train station is 5-10 minutes walk from the house.
