Nice stay! Just would have liked to know a few things before! I didn’t realize it was on the top floor above a nail salon. We did smell the shop on Saturday, but they are closed Sundays, and there was no nail polish smell that day. It is surprisingly roomy! Needs a little TLC- there is a towel rack half missing, some scratches on the walls, and a hole in the wall below the TV. It was nice to see both the beach and the harbor from the balcony. That was my highlight. There is also laundry in the unit. The location is a plus and a minus for me. Close to everything, but also noisy when trying to sleep. We had noise machines, but can still hear it. The unit could also use blackout curtains in all the rooms, you can see the car lights as the cars go by even though it’s on the second floor. Lastly, it was a little confusing how to get in garage and such, even though directions provided. My Kia telluride also would not fit in the garage. Recommend to young people, but maybe not families.

Great place and amazing location!

House was very clean and beds were super comfy. In a very good location and easy to find. Host was friendly and responsive. A couple more chairs in the living room would have been nice so our party of six could have sat together there, but the table worked! Garage parking was very tight for our rented minivan but our expert driver got us backed in to it! Highly recommended and would stay again if ever back in the area.

Natalie's place was one of the best places we have stayed . I was able to enjoy Newport Beach and Balboa Pier and everything around this fantastic location with my family including my Shelty buddy. The place is very spacious and very clean. There are so many things to do walking distance including places to eat and sports bars and coffee shops. Natalie is very responsive and her instructions made checking in so easy. i highly recommend Natalie’s place and will be looking to stay here in the summer again as we all loved our stay .
