We have the capacity to host up to 22 guests across two houses. However, Airbnb’s booking system only allows for a maximum of 16 guests. If your group exceeds this number, please make a booking for 16 guests and then inform us of the actual number of guests in your message. We will then manually adjust the booking and apply an additional charge of $25 per guest per night. The three houses are conveniently located in the same neighborhood, just 0.3 miles or a six-minute walk apart. These 2 houses have exactly the same floorplan and interior setup. Hous-1: 8 beds BR1: 2 Queens BR2: 1 King BR3: 1 King BR4: 2 Twins Living room: 2 sofa beds. House-2: 7 beds BR1: 2 Queens BR2: 1 King BR3: 2 Twins Living room: 2 sofa beds. We always keep the house beautiful and clean for our guests and ask that you respect our property by taking good care of it. We are very serious about the quality of each reservation. We strike to provide the best Airbnb experience. Therefore, we do care about the number of registered guests who stay in the house at any all time. Please register the correct number of people who will stay at the property. The Fresh and cleaned bed linens are provided for each check-in. All used bed sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases are washed and disinfected every time when guests check out. Please note that we have security cameras in front of the house for safety purpose - No camera in side the house. The noise detector, Minut, installed in the kitchen area. This device only monitor the noise level in the Airbnb without recording any sound. Whenever, the noise levels go above the pre-set threshold for a customized duration of time, you will receive an instant notification. ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/GATHERINGS/EVENTS. You will be asked to immediately vacate the premises, forfeit the remainder of your reservation. Guests visiting Airbnb tenants are subject to the same house rules as our tenants and are expected to NOT stay overnight. NO LOUD MUSIC OR CONVERSATIONS ON THE PATIO AFTER 9:30pm PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES.
