Overall, 3/5 As described good place But I rate my experience mainly on cleanliness A few things that made my experience less then perfect… -when I arrived and went to get the key from the concierge, she told me she couldn’t see my booking so I had to contact the host and airbnb support and waited a bit to finally get the key, I wasn’t that bothered by it because the host was quick to reply and it looked like a system issue but it was late when I checked in and just had a long drive and wanted to get to bed -Stains on the shower curtain -Dead bug under the soap dispenser, it looked like it had been untouched for a long time..in the washroom as well which brings the rating down..
Loved my stay
I had to stay here for four days on a work trip. I was very comfortable and felt at home. I would stay here again if I went back to Kitchener.
