We had a comfortable stay in this appartement, with a smooth check in and check out. AC perfect, water pressure and warm water perfect, clean rooms, simple neat furnishing, comfortable matress. Parking lot and security perfect. Functioning fitness room and clean pool, (though shallow and small). In a good neighbourhood . Helpful and responsive host. Room service cleaned up very well. Would stay here again. Litte things I would improve: 1-2 bottles of still water on arrival, clean carpet with high pressure cleaner or replace in living room, ironing board is in bad shape so replace, laundry rack for drying laundry would be nice, replace big cooking pan or tighten handles, wine glasses, more than one key for 4 people would be great, put a matress protector under sheeting, bedside lamps in both bedrooms, fix hooks on wall by the sink for hand towels in bathroom... I would have loved to have a vacuum cleaner ;-)

The cons: We did not have hot water for the first 7 days of our stay. We communicated this issue to the caretaker several times, but we continued to lack hot water. There is a switch in the hallway to turn on the water heater. However, there are SEVERAL switches in the unit, and none are labeled. There is no handbook to guide you. After the hot water issue was resolved, I wondered if the caretaker cleaned using cold water. Face/wash cloths were never provided. Timothy stated there would be two per guest. The power went out on an 100 degree day in Timothy's unit only. Moreover, his assistant came to retrieve the keys the night before checkout, which felt aggressive and intrusive. The curtains are nice but very musty. No laundry detergent or basic seasonings. English is listed as the native tongue. The caretakers, whom you will encounter, speak Twi. The pros: Respectable restaurants, a bank, coffee, and liquor are to the left of the building. The patio is a welcoming feature.
