This spot was perfect for what we needed. Small, but much better than a hotel. Duane shared very helpful information to help us plan our visit. Wish we could have spent more time there :)

Nice clean space, looking bigger than the photo's. Access through a separate entrance. Great responsive host, with prompt communication. Recommended! On a quiet residential street, with nice side yard. Within walking distance to Walker Park (baseball, playground, & cricket) and Sailor Snug Harbor (historic buildings, art gallery, & concerts). Also, easy access by bus to Staten Island ferry, which goes to Manhattan. Looking forward to staying again, when in the area.

Duane's place was great. Heaps of space, quiet and safe. Duane was also very helpful in his communication. Would definitely stay again.
