Tom's place was perfect for 3 day/4 night get away to Seabrook. The villa was IMMACULATE and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We loved the screened in porch for meals. Fabulous amenities for beach- beach towels, umbrella , nice beach chairs. The bed was very comfortable as well as the futon. Excellent price for value! A+++++ highly recommend. We will be back!

Beautiful Villa. Prime location. Tom is amazing. Available and communicative. I am already planning my next trip. Truly grateful for his hospitality. And the opportunity for a much needed quiet getaway.

For the two of us this place was plenty big enough. Loved how peaceful the condo was. It had everything we needed and it was easy to get to the bike path.

Great little condo beyond gatehouse on beautiful Seabrook Island. Clean, comfortable and quiet - great place for a couple or 3 people (futon in living room). Kitchen has most all basics you need (toaster, microwave, utensils, etc). In unit laundry (including detergent). Access to beaches on island is easy via bike or car, but not walkable from unit. Bring toiletries for shower, as none are provided (no shampoo or body wash). Highly recommend overall!
