Pics dont do this place justice! Highly recommend Fishtown home. Parking can be challenging was the only con of property but it's so close to everything it was not a huge deal. We enjoyed our stay very much. Felt safe & secure inside. Host was very informative & friendly! Brian thought of everything & decorated it amazingly! Rooftop deck was the absolute best part for me & my family! Worth every penny of rental price for us!

Brian was nothing short of amazing and very friendly. The place itself looks exactly like the photos, I kept saying to my husband if only we could take the place back to upstate NY with us and make it ours!! It's absolutely stunning! I love the set up and the kitchen! The place itself is cozy and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. With Brian and the place being incredible, my only complaint would be the area itself. It didn't always feel the "safest" of neighborhoods espically having my 9 year old with me made me feel uneasy and trying to find a place to park didn't come easy, especially at night time. Driving through the alley ways you need to be careful if youre not from Philadelphia, there are a lot of pot holes, and our car took a beating from them. Just beware of your surroundings and drive carefully if you do decide to stay.

We loved Brian’s Place! I’ve stayed in a few airbnbs around Philly and this was the best one by far. Really great apartment with a easy check in and amazing local spots. Will definitely stay on my next trip to Philly. Thank you!

Aesthetically and in features, this was a wonderful place in the exciting Fishtown neighborhood. Perfectly located, nicely appointed, and beautifully decorated. The rooftop deck was especially nice on the warmer days (in March even) to get outside and soak up a little spring sun. The unit itself was very private and comfortable. We'll be back.

Brian’s place was perfect! We had secured a place our first night in Philly that was way too small for our family of 3 and Brian’s place was the first to show up in my new search and he quickly got me booked, accommodated an early check in for a very last minute booking. Brian’s place is exactly like the photos but better. He is a fantastic host and we will definitely be back!
