This place is a beautiful, sunlight-filled gem! The "Suncatcher" name is very apt, because this places get LOADS of gorgeous light, all day but particularly in the morning. Having breakfast at the kitchen table, bathed in that light, was a wonderful, relaxing way to start every day. The house was spotless, very nicely decorated, and the kitchen nicely stocked with supplies, dishes, and everything we'd need (we cooked on a number of occasions)—they even had kid's dishes for our 8-month old! I've never seen that before in an Airbnb, but it was a very thoughtful touch. The place is fairly spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the keypad entry very easy to use. The location is also great. We were able to walk to Old Pasadena quite easily (1.5 miles) and the restaurant scene there was fantastic. There is also a great Italian grocery store (Roma Market) within walking distance. Bottom line: Alexa and Hudson should write a book on how to host Airbnbs. They've got it figured out. Thanks!

We were at a conference at the Pasadena Convention Center and wanted to cook our own breakfasts/meals and have more space than a hotel room. This place was a 7 min drive there, so very convenient. It had nice, natural light, a comfy bed / blackout curtains, and a spacious kitchen. Just bring ear plugs or use white noise to drown out the sounds of cars passing by -- the bedroom faces a busy street. Offstreet parking was also a big plus. Thanks for a great stay, Alexa!

For our visit to Sierra Madre it was perfect. walkable to several restraints and near everything we wanted to do.

Alexa's place was the perfect work retreat in an excellent location! Not only was the apartment spacious, pristine, and elegantly decorated, but Alexa went an extra mile and provided a selection of coffees and teas plus snacks and oatmeal so we didn't have to go immediately to a grocery store for breakfast provisions. The location is convenient and walkable, and there's a great view of snow-capped mountains from the kitchen. Thank you, Alexa!
