El Campito de Atabey will take you country side in Puerto Rico, away from the city noise but less than 10 minutes away from shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The beach is just 20 minutes away by the coast of Barceloneta. Our home has everything you need to have a peaceful getaway, quiet and secure. El Campito de Atabey is a puertorrican country house located in Florida Municipality along the north central part of Puerto Rico. Florida, the youngest and smallest town of Puerto Rico, is surrounded by mountains but close enough to the beach of Barceloneta and Manati. My house sits on a two acres land, full of fruit trees and nature. The Barceloneta Outlets are less than 10 minutes by car, and Walmart is 7 minutes away. There are restaurants and food trucks around the area as well. The towns of Jayuya, Ciales, and Utuado are also close to the area, where you can find Puertorrican culture, rivers, and sightseeing. The house is one hour from SJU and BQN (situated right in between these two airports).

I could say a lot because it was a wonderful experience. I honestly didn't want to leave this beautiful home. Make sure to stay quiet and listen to all the beautiful sounds from day til night, front or back porch, doesn't matter. You cant get this at a hotel. I liked it so much I am looking for a home nearby. I wish nothing but the best for Felix.

As described. Hosts were very helpful; quick with response and provided a lot of info about the area. We had a rental car issue so the first day was a little hard, the area isn’t touristy so not a lot of taxis or Ubers. But once we got one we took his name down and he helped us the rest of our stay. They were up front with the master bedroom a/c issue, but the home has a lot of fans and was very comfortable. Would rent again!! It’s worth the $$ for sure!!!

Great family friend place! We had so much fun this spring break. Its in a quiet neighborhood in a really pretty countryside area. Felix very friendly, gave us good restaurants recommendations and we always had good communication. Totally recommended for families looking for a nice getaway in a quiet area but fun places a small drive away .

The house is located between two mountains, a local road will take you there with no outside traffic. Make sure you download the map of the area as there is absolutely no phone signal upon arriving at the house. You have a washer available and a cloth line for drying.
There is no noise pollution and no light pollution, perfect for star gazing. 👌
The house is close to shopping and restaurants but you will need transportation to get around. Remember to download the map. Mobile phone signals are weak in this area.
