This property is ready for you to come make memories! A ranch house surrounded by 150 acres of private trails for you to explore. This home features a private, heated indoor pool as well as a hot tub, sauna and much more. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. Located conveniently in between all that our area has to offer! • 10 minutes to downtown Corning • 20 minutes to Watkins Glen • 20 minutes to Elmira Corning Regional Airport Our ranch house is located in a peaceful and quiet area. There is driveway parking for 4 vehicles and a large yard surrounding the house with plenty of room for games, activities and memory making. The property is 150 acres of land with private trails for hiking, mountain biking and exploring! There are outdoor fire pits and a great three season porch to enjoy your morning coffee or local wine in the evening. In the beautiful pool room you’ll find wall to wall windows and sliding doors with amazing natural light. The pool is heated and combined with the hot tub, you can enjoy this amenity year round. Inside the home you’ll find our clean farmhouse kitchen, comfortable dining area with seating for everyone to gather. The home includes a game area, stocked with games for young and old alike. The living room features comfortable seating and large windows to enjoy the beautiful backyard view. Down the hall are all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and large windows showing off the backyard. The attached bathroom is full of charm and offers a tub, shower and double sinks. The next bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and large closet for your use. Next down the hall you’ll find the second full bathroom. There are two more bedrooms - one with a beautiful queen size bed and the last bedroom with a bunk bed featuring double size mattresses. The laundry area is easily accessible and has basic essentials for your laundry needs during your stay!

Christianna’s place is breathtaking, as soon as you walk in you are drawn by the thoughtful design, layout and decor. The pool and jacuzzi were great plus the sauna! My whole family enjoyed the place so much we didn’t want to leave! And as a host she is very kind and responsive
We truly enjoyed this incredible home! Even though it rained / snowed during most of our time, we loved watching the weather go by through the amazing, huge windows throughout the home! The yard was gigantic, but quite muddy from the rain, so make sure you have boots if there has been or will be rain! The walking trails through the woods were fantastic, so much fun for us and our pup! The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked with towels, and beds were super comfy! Super close to downtown Corning for anything we needed. Overall wonderful stay!

It’s a lovely place! Very private and enjoyable. We had a few minor issues. First being the pool and hot tub weren’t all that clean. They served their purpose, but we felt, for the price, it could’ve been cleaner. The kitchen also wasn’t very clean. There was still coffee in the coffee pot and grounds were still present as well. I wasn’t too excited about having to clean up after others before having my morning coffee. Many of the dishes were dirty. Our biggest complaint? One morning, at 730 AM, there were 4 leaf blowers outside our bedroom window. Not one or two…FOUR!! I feel that is terribly early, as we were hoping to use these few days to get a break from our busy lives, relax and catch up on some sleep. Over all it was a pleasant experience. These are the adjustments we’d recommend be made for future renters.

In my spare time, I like to hunt down yummy food, drink local wine, travel anywhere I possibly can and restore furniture. As an Airbnb host, I try my hardest to put myself in the guests shoes. I like to keep things very clean and organized, with the necessary items available. I come from a large family so I understand how nice it is to get some quiet time and just relax.
