Being from the area I was well informed of the surroundings and felt at home and safe. Great location with plenty of parking. Neighbors were nice and friendly also. The bathroom tub could use a little maintenance, new shower curtain, updated shower head and it drained a little slow but other than that, highly recommended for the cost.....

Kasiet’s place was a great place to stay! It was convenient to all the places we went and private. It is hard to find a private spot in Chicago that is not above or below someone else so the privacy was appreciated. Kasiet was very accommodating and easy to work with. A couple things: the step leading from the front room to the kitchen will get you every time (maybe a mark on the floor would work as a reminder it is there) and a little bit more in the ways of cooking supplies (like spatulas, bigger selection of pots and pans, cutting knives) for those that are there for longer times. There was plenty of parking and Quiet neighborhood. Even the tenants of the main building were wonderful and let us pet her beautiful dog. everythin was great and we would not hesitate to stay again in one of our future trips!

Kasiet was very responsive and friendly! The place is super cute and a short drive to food and entertainment. I have a friend a few blocks from this place whom I’ve visited before and parking can get dicey on her block but not Kasiet’s block! We were able to park the SUV right in front of the house each night!

Comfortable, clean house in a nice neighborhood. Close to everything.

Wonderful stay. We had two little kids (6 & 8) and they loved the upstairs space for themselves and toys. In street parking was always available. We will always stay here when in Chicago. Great place!
