Really enjoyed staying here with my family and doggie! It was very pet friendly and so many things for the family to enjoy. Would definitely stay again!

2nd time staying here. just as good as the 1st. Private backyard, grill, felt like home. Pest control came by while we were there and were very respectful. This is our "go to" place anytime we need or want to go to Wilmington. Thank you Michael for providing a special haven for our return trips to our hometown.

Great little house in a super convenient location. We were very comfortable while staying at the house. The games were a big hit with the kids, kitchen was well stocked with all of the things we needed for food prep, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for our group, and the fenced in yard was awesome for our golden. Only complaint was that I was thinking the house was a little closer to the beach, but it still wasn't a horrible drive. Perfect location to be in town for graduation and enjoy the beach for a couple of days before.
