The house has a good location for what we had planned in the Valley, however the location of the house is not the location advertised in the listing, nor is it the address you are given even after booking. This could be an issue for someone who wants to be in Glendale and plans their trip accordingly and then is surprised to end up 20 min away in Studio City. This needs correcting for future bookings. Overall the house worked for our large group of 5 adults and 5 kids, but one bed was broken and sunk in the middle. The house was missing many key items. There were no dish or hand towels, no extra paper towel or toilet paper, hand soap in some bathrooms but not all, burnt out lightbulbs, broken tile shelves in 2 showers, etc. The pool area was disappointing and unsafe. The pool heater was disconnected, not much seating, shattered glass and cigarette butts on the patio. The trash cans outside were full. Luckily it was trash day, but we are guests, not our job to do. Will not rebook

The house is in a great location, surrounded by several great restaurants. It's on a quiet street that's easy to walk. The house itself is fairly nice, with great storage in the kitchen. The beds are soft and comfortable. The place could use a little TLC, heating in the pool, and a few more amenities. However, it worked well for our large group for a night. The management was easy to reach and communicated very well. They were very accommodating for an early check-in as well.

A very beautiful home soooo much space and very comfortable. The neighborhood was so peaceful. The only things that were uncomfortable for me and my family was that there were no shades in the master bedroom bathroom And people could see you showering or bathing , the pool was so cold and also the House was way too cold and couldn’t change the temp. I also wish there were tvs in the rooms or at least the kids room with bunk beds and the master room. But over all was comfortable. Thank you I would definitely stay here again.
