The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space, ideal for families or friends. Casa Mutana is a first line luxury beach house with an incredible view, direct access to the beach (Por do Sol area), and the main kitesurf spot is just a 5 minutes walk. The village of Pontal is 4 minutes by car. A house employee can also prepare breakfast and clean the rooms in the morning. Our house was finished in June, and as it just launches we will offer exceptionally low prices in 2023. The villa contains many comfortable and warm spaces for holidays, designed for families or groups of friends. You will enjoy fantastic social areas under the pergola in the front of the house, by the swimming pool, and can chill in more cosy & protected living areas in the villa's patio. The dining room is majestic in the center of the house, facing the sea and right under the high frame of the roof. An open kitchen / bar opens on all sides (sea, patio, and dining area) The architecture is superb, all of noble wood and waxed concrete. The ventilation is natural, thanks to the adjustable louvers and the open design of the villa; it is very pleasant. All 6 bedrooms have air conditioning, their own private spacious bathroom, and an ocean view.

Giovana nos recebeu super bem e nos deixou muito a vontade, excelente.
A casa é como nas fotos, sem surpresas. Local excelente p/ passar uma temporada de descanso defronte a praia. Ampla, iluminada, piscina nota 10 e acesso a praia também muito bom. O único senão, é que nessa temporada de chuvas, a casa fica restrita aos quartos e à mesa da sala de jantar quando chove. O restante dos lugares tem cobertura de madeira mas quando chove, molha. Host da casa, Giovana, excelente. Despachada, proativa, tem os contatos de que precisamos na cidade, ajuda nos tramites de supermercado, gelo, peixe, etc.... Ela fez a diferença nessa temporada!!! Por fim, recomendo a casa! Nota 10!!! Voltarei mais vezes com certeza!
La maison est très belle et fidèle aux photos. L’environnement est incroyable et le spot exceptionnel. Nous avons adoré les extérieurs et la piscine, en revanche nous avons été embêté par le salon intérieur qui n’est pas protégé de la pluie lorsqu’il pleut … nous étions 9 et avions pas trop d’endroit en dehors de nos chambre ou de la table de salle à manger pour nous réunir. Giovanna la jeune femme qui est présente ne nous a pas été très utile en revanche. Elle ère pas mal et occupait la sixième chambre que nous n’avions pas pris pour siester… elle utilisait la cuisine pour se faire ses repas sans ranger… S’il y avait à redire c’est sur la cuisine et le service. La cuisine n’est pas fonctionnelle et manque de pleins d’ustensiles. Et n’est pas très propre. Quant aux services, les chambres étaient faites et point. Le prix étant raisonnable nous n’avons rien à redire de plus, mais au vu du service dans d’autres villas testées, le prix pourrait être plus élevé si le service était mieux.
A casa do Maxime é ampla e confortável, com uma vista deslumbrante, em frente à praia. Giovana foi super simpática e prestativa. Ficamos super satisfeitos com a estadia. Voltaremos assim que possível.

This specific area is ideal in Pontal: very close to the kite spot (in front of Pontal's famous lighthouse and just outside the Jaguaribe River's mouth) but also 2 minutes walk away from Pontal's main beach.
In the immediate surroundings you will find multiple places to have drink or a bite: One Launch Kite House, Hotel Villa Vera Theresa, Barraca Por do Sol, and more.
