Absolutely delighted with this charming cottage. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. It is beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable. Thank you so much for the gift basket of freshly baked bread, biscuits, jams, marmalade and honey. It was so thoughtful and we were also grateful for the vouchers we could use at the Tea Shop. We loved its proximity to the cottage, so handy. The cottage location is stunning and whilst it’s convenient for visiting lots of tourist spots, it’s also nice to come back to enjoy the views , sit in the tea shop garden or to go and see the farm animals. We loved it!

This was a our first time staying as a family in Dorset. The accommodation was perfect in everyway. Welcomed to a clean and open barn. The kids loved it and was a great surprise to find a lovlely gift basket filled with fresh bread, vouchers to hot drinks and assorted biscuits, really made the difference. Thank you for letting us creating memories at The Old Diary.

What a great place. Could not be faulted. Perfect location for Corfe Castle and Studland etc. We had the most wonderful few days and could have stayed longer. Wonderful walks from the doorstep. We will be back

This was an amazing find in a wonderful location with everything you could possibly need, the cottage was quaint with a modern twist, perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area with Wareham, Swanage, Weymouth and Corfe Castle all near by, plus there's a fantastic tea room next door with farm animals which the kids loved, our only regret was we didn't stay for longer but we will definitely be returning, highly recommended.
