This spacious loft is ideally located right in the heart of Nancy's city centre, yet quietly away from the street. You'll be able to enjoy the garden in complete peace and quiet. A secure underground parking space is available free of charge. Place Stanislas, the train station and the Palais des Congrès (Centre Prouvé) are less than 10 minutes' walk away. The covered market, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. So you can do it all on foot! It has all the comforts you need for your stay! You'll find a large living room opening onto the garden and terrace, where you can spend time with family and friends. A number of board games are available to enhance your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, kettle and crockery. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Bed sizes : Bedroom 1 > 140x200 Bedroom 2 > 160x200 Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Bathrooms are equipped with shower gel for body and hair, and hand soap. The parking space is located in the basement with a height limit of 2 metres.

Wir haben in Nancy paar schöne Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen kann. Sie ist sehr sauber, modern und sehr bequem eingerichtet. Trotz der zentrale Lage war es sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse, wo man für sich sein kann. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe und erspart einige Parkgebühren. Die Gastgeber reagieren sehr schnell auf die Anfragen und sind sehr freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit prachtige appartement. Het is erg ruim en mooi ingericht. De locatie is perfect, vlakbij het centrum. De eigen parkeerplaats is ontzettend handig. De communicatie met Heloise en Julien was erg snel en duidelijk. Wij komen graag nog eens terug en kunnen dit appartement iedereen aanbevelen.

Wij waren aangenaam verrast door de ruimte en de kwaliteit van het appartement. Bovendien ligt het midden in het centrum van Nancy en was het toch een rustige omgeving. De hosts reageerden snel op vragen en waren flexibel in de inchecktijd. Erg fijne tijd gehad, ik kom zeker terug!
Héloïse, Julien et Maxime nous ont très bien reçu ! Un réel suivi est assuré tout le long du séjour et en amont. Ils savent s'adapter pour répondre aux besoins de leurs voyageurs. Je recommande vivement. Le logement est incroyable, propre avec en plus un bel extérieur.

The flat is located at the foot of Place Charles III. The Saint-Sébastien shopping centre and the central market are just a short walk away. There are plenty of shops, chemists and restaurants in the vicinity.
