If you think you will have a car with you then my airbnb isn't suitable for you. We recommend guest to use Uber and Lyft to move around town. 📲 🚶🏼We do use a self-guided check-in system. Therefore, there might be no one at the property to help you check-in. This means you need to have access to the Airbnb app on your phone. Be tech-savvy enough to understand how to use it and find information that’s been given to you. This is a bedroom suite on the side of the main house with a private entrance. It's accessible by the right/east side of the main house you walk towards the back and then across the terrace/patio, you will see the studio entrance. We recommend all of our guests to use Uber and Lyft it’s very inexpensive in Miami and most points of interest are 10-20 minutes away. The entrance is threw the bathroom so for extra privacy we've added a divider to separate the bathroom in two. That way people can still come in and out while someone else is showering in complete privacy. We include the most basic toiletry need; a large towel, hand towel, shampoo, conditioners, body wash, hand sope, and hairdryer. Please note we don't offer washcloth. For a restful night sleep, you have a memory foam queen mattress. There is a microwave and mini fridge, however, no stove or coffee maker is available so there is no way to cook. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube is available for your convenience. NO SMOKING of any kind indoors or outside. There are hefty fines for guests who break this rule. Please respect our no-smoking policy. Please refer to the house rule for more info. Any entrance to the main house has been completely sealed off that way you have a completely private space for yourself. You don't have access to the main house. There is a Mini-split A/C that is completely private so you have full control of the temperature in your unit. There is a terrace/patio with a backyard that you can partially use to relax and unwind. Feel free to use the outside seating under the red seal. You CANNOT use the outside kitchen or table that's part of the terrace that’s for my parent’s private use only.
