Thanks Richard, Beautiful surroundings, great weather, even in October! Would recommend to anyone that like a private villa when they holiday. Just what we needed…..

הגענו לנכס בשעה 03:00 בלילה (זוג + 3 ילדים). בניסיון להדליק את המזגנים, קפץ החשמל. היינו ללא חשמל ולקח זמן עד שאנדרולה הגיעה לעזור. כמה הערות לגבי המקום: 1. מקום שקט מרוחק. מסעדות ומרכולים לפחות 10-15 דקות נסיעה מהנכס. חייבים לקחת רכב 2. מזגנים למעלה כלולים במחיר. שני המזגנים למטה (סלון ובמטבח) לא כלולים. תוספת של 10 יורו לכל מזגן 3. רוחב פס של האינטרנט צר. רק 10 מגהביט לשניה. יש שני ראוטרים - אחד למעלה ואחד למטה. המעבר ביניהם לא חלק 4. וילה מאובזרת מאוד. יש את כל מה שצריך. מיקרו, תנור, כיריים, מכונת כביסה, מייבש, מקרר, מכונת קפה, מייבש שיער ועוד. לא חייבים להביא הרבה בגדים. אפשר לכבס. אפשר גם לבשל בלי בעיה. 5. הבריכה נהדרת. מספיקה בשביל משפחה. בילינו בה שעות רבות כולל בלילות. 6. יש כמה דברים מיושנים בוילה - דלת הזזה בשירותים למעלה לא עובדת טוב. האמבטיה בחדר הורים למעלה קטנה בגלל מדרגה שקיימת בתוכה. המיטות קשות. 7. לגבי המזגנים - חייבים הסבר איך מפעילים את הטיימרים ואיפה הם נמצאים. בגלל זה נשארנו בלי חשמל בלילה שהגענו. הטיימר מכבה את המזגנים כל 6 שעות ולכן צריך שלט מזגן בכל חדר (ואין)

We injoyed our stay very much, house is clean host is super frindly. one problem is that it is far and no easy transportation. If you plan to go around, rent a car.

The villa is absolutely beautiful but unfortunately is in need of some drastic repair. The shower in the family bathroom is not fit for purpose as one of the doors are loose and the shower head is heavily corroded. The radiators are badly rusted and leak fluid onto the floor. The pictures in the advert are misguiding - the pictures show lamps etc in bedrooms and several loungers by the pool. There was only one lamp in each of two double bedrooms, one of which only worked by screwing the bulb in and out to turn it on and off and none in the twin room. The rest of the rooms just had bare lightbulbs, some of which were missing. The loungers around the pool had broken ‘props’ so the head end could not be kept up and even though the villa can accommodate up to 6 people there were only two loungers, the rest being at the end of the garden rotting under a tree. The grass needed cutting both in the main garden and around the villa itself as it was a good 10cm long and untidy. The garden table is damaged and needs a blanket and tablecloth cover in order to use it. The garden chairs are damaged and have pieces of plastic rattan hanging from the bottom where there are holes which scratch the back of your legs. The owner was helpful and did have a meal waiting for us (although we did not realise this until the day after as it was in a covered saucepan on the hob, which we did not notice had food in until the following morning). She appeared almost daily unannounced in the garden going in and out of the shed fiddling with the pool controls. Sometimes it felt as though we were not left alone and made you feel as though you were not trusted. At one point we were accused of turning off the solar panels even though we had not touched anything and did not even know where the panel control was. Even though we told her we hadn’t touched anything, she still informed the agent who contacted us by email to reprimand us. She finally believed our innocence a day later but it made the remainder of the stay very uncomfortable afterwards. Then a few days later she knocked and asked to come in to look around as the internet, which was working fine for everyone in my family, had a problem. We were about to get ready to go out at the time but delayed getting ready until she had left after roaming around the house. It is a great shame as the actual villa could be very beautiful with a bit of love and care and the surrounding area is very tranquil and beautiful.
