Great place to stay outside of the busy part of the city. Clean, efficiently used space with lots of amenities. Broken elevator, so we had to climb three floors with our suitcases. Bit of an odd smell in the bathroom. Some constant construction noises from outside. Otherwise, very responsive and helpful host, decent location and distance from major landmarks, and had everything we needed. Would recommend for a short stay!

I really enjoyed staying at Alban!! His place was amazing! It was very clean, super close to the supermarkets, bakery and the metro station. I would definitely stay again!

Alban fue muy amable y profesional a la hora de pasar las indicaciones para el check in. El apartamento es pequeñito pero funcional, para una pareja perfecto. El metro lo teníamos a 1 min. andando, lo cual te facilitaba el acercarte al centro de Paris con bastante comodidad. Por mejorar, las instalaciones del edificio, el ascensor a veces no funcionaba y se escuchaba mucho a la vecindad pero repetiríamos la experiencia.

bonjour, quand je suis arrivée la fenêtre était ouverte. je l’ai fermé pour prendre ma douche et aussitôt des odeurs d’égouts sont arrivées. elles étaient plus prononcées coté toilettes et se propageaient côté salle d’eau et cuisine. j’ai essayé de rouvrir la fenêtre pour m’endormir mais trop bruyant. Quand le lendemain j’en ai parlé au propriétaire, il m’a dit que ce n’était pas vrai mais son discours sonnait faux. Il a insisté sur le fait que les gens n’avaient jamais rien dit. J’ai tenu un gîte pendant 11 ans et je voyage de temps en temps par airbnb et c’est la première fois que je mets un commentaire négatif. La mauvaise fois du propriétaire m’y a un peu poussé car aucune excuse de sa part. Je lui ai donc demandé un remboursement partiel de la nuitée sans réponse de sa part.
