Overall, I would say to anyone considering to book one of Malcolm's places to do so with the knowledge that if something goes wrong or isn't right, he will reply straight away but probably won't do anything about it! - Smoke alarms: These went off intermittently throughout the night, starting with minor beeps in the evening and escalating to non-stop blaring by morning, forcing us to leave early due to the unbearable noise. - Noisy neighbors: The upstairs neighbors were loudly crashing and yelling until 3 AM, despite Malcolm's attempts to quiet them. - Inadequate heating: The heating system automatically shut off every hour. Malcolm mentioned this would be fixed later, but failed to inform us beforehand. - Lack of essentials: There was no toilet paper, despite requesting some, Malcolm never followed through. This seems typical, as he also did not deliver on his promise of a full refund, forcing us to resolve the issue through AirBnB. - Trash in backyard, dirty linens in wardrobe.

Malcolm's place is Galway was a fantastic place while we spent 3 days in Galway. A 3 min walk into the main part of town. The flat has everything we need and was well equipped during our stay. Malcom was a great host.

Malcolm was a great host. He was very responsive to any and all queries we had. He was super accommodating when we locked ourselves out of the place, and needed a spare key to get back inside. Overall, our stay was lovely.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Malcom’s Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Bei Fragen war Malcolm sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Sehr nah an der Stadtmitte und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great value for money. 10mins walk if that to main town, easy to find after you’ve had a few jars. Would stay again Three double rooms, exactly what you need for the amount of time you stayed in place
