Totally recommend this place for a peaceful stay! The host was very polite, and quickly responded and solved all questions pros: quiet, remote location no neighborhoods, close to the mountains, perfect location (10-minute walk to the waterfall), lots of groceries and coffeeshops around, large villa so much space, lot of bed spaces cons: it was a little untidy, grill was allowed but wasn't there, no dishwasher

There is no "Elvira". She only communicated through airbnb message system. It is a company that manages the property, which good in a sense. Mr. Afzal was helping us. I think he was trying his best. But he seems to have limited authority. There were, almost, no amenities in the house. Even though Mr. Afzal lived close by, but he has no car. So it takes time to get what you want. Eventually, we gave up on asking to make good use of our time and enjoy our day. The house is 10-15 mins from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. But it is in the middle of undeveloped and unpaved block. Maps can only get you at the boarder of the block and we usually spend some time to reach to the house. The house is spacious and clean. Mr. Afzal offered to come and clean everyday! Excellent additional service and very much appreciated. There are enough air conditions in the house. with 4 and half path rooms, it was really comfortable. In general, we enjoyed our stay. I recommend it!
