I have been to dozens of host homes around the country. This house is very old and need of repair. The front and back porch lights outside were out. The ceiling lights in the upstairs hallway were out. We arrived at 4:00 on the first night and the steam heating shut down. By 10:00 the temp in the house was 60 degrees and temp outside was 23 degrees. We had to leave and find a nearby hotel. Lynn responded by getting a repairman but made me go back to the house to let him in. The bar soap in the bath tub had been used by a prior renter. I had to go buy new ones. This home backs up to the main NY/NJ transit line and there are constant trains going back and forth. You can hear them in every room in the house. There is no TV in the house. Even a motel 8 has a TV. This house is only worth about $200 a night and Lynn wanted $400 a night. I would never recommend people rent here until she spends considerable money making it comfortable.

Comfortable bedrooms and living room. Could use a few more amenities such as a T.V.
