Ben's place is located on a quiet street among peaceful surroundings. The home was clean, nicely furnished and was comfortable and spacious. While we were only two, I believe up to eight people would feel comfortable. There isn't anywhere to walk to to grab a bite or a coffee....you have to drive for about 10-15 minutes. I found Ben to be a rather poor communicator, his responses were not timely. Also he should make sure to have a bit of coffee available in the house rather than have guests have to drive somewhere. Finally, when we brought some food home to eat there was not a single plate available. We found the dishwasher completely full....it was hard to tell if the dishes were clean or dirty.

Ben's place is a good drive from DC but is worth every mile. We had a last minute cancellation from a different host and Ben was able to accommodate us quickly. The house is exactly as described and was like having 2 houses in 1 with living room and kitchens on each floor. It was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is well appointed and in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The beds were comfortable which is one thing my whole family values. Ben was quick to respond to my few questions. We would stay here again.

Loved our stay. So much better than a hotel. A home away from home. We appreciated the cleanliness and the space which allowed us to spend quality time with extended family. Everyone was comfortable and at home. Thank you all.
