The guesthouse is a newly constructed, entire-second-floor space with private entry, large balcony/deck, and a small outdoor space complete with an outdoor shower (all these amenities are exclusive to you). The entire property is fenced and gated for privacy. The kitchen has full amenities, a standard-size smart range, a refrigerator, and a kitchen table that seats four. The drawers are stocked with essential cooking tools/equipment and also provided are some pantry staples, i.e., olive oil/balsamic, flour, sugar and basic seasonings good enough for a chef (your host is one!) The coffee bar is equipped with Keurig/pods, a French press, a pour over, a coffee grinder, frother, beans, teas, creamer, and sweeteners. The adjoining lounge area has an American Leather queen plus sleeper pullout - considered to be the most comfortable within the industry. The tv allows access to your personal streaming platforms. Also provided is high-speed WIFI, a music bar, and a little library for your enjoyment. There is a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a closet with a chest of drawers/hangers and an adjoining full bath ensuite with a shower, a washer and dryer, and iron/ironing board. A picnic blanket, tote, and folding chairs are also provided for your use. There are city guides to help steer your adventures and plan your must-dos.
