The villa is amazing, looks just like the photos. The real credit goes to Kosta95 Real Estate who met us at the property and responded to all queries whilst we occupied the villa. I believe Bookiply are the broker/middle man. We had a few issues with the air con whilst away, making really loud banging noises, anything reported to Kosta95 real estate was fixed immediately. The hot water takes around 5 minutes to warm up, no big deal! The villa is very remote, I would not advise on staying here if you do not rent a vehicle. The house comes with all mod cons and has everything you need to cook, clean ect. Overall i am happy with the stay and service from Costa95 Real estate.

We had an amazing stay at Exclusive one. The property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Check in was easy and the hosts and property manager were all lovely. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool and outside area was stunning. Amazing amount of storage for clothes in the bedrooms and enough towels etc for all of us. The aircon stopped working on the first day but this was sorted within 24 hours, we were disappointed that there was no bbq as mentioned in the listing as we had specifically booked a property that had one so that we could do lots of outdoor cooking however everything else was exactly as described and we just cooked indoors instead, they even had an air fryer which was brilliant. We had seen on the listing that there was cctv on the property but were surprised to find that there was a camera in the bedroom. Overall a fabulous place and experience and we would definitely stay again!
