A bit old and run down. Slanted floors and low ceilings. Kitchen not well stocked with knives. Many light switches didn’t work. Less private than pictures make it seem- motel right next door. No access to fireplace or fire pit (in winter). Had a good time, fits a lot of people, helpful and responsive host. Not worth price tag.

Private house on a motel property. Pool/hot tub were not private nor open for use.

The place was great. Address provided by evolve on air bnb sent some guests to the wrong state. House and people where amazing. Evolve didn’t respond to a single call or message. We went through Daryl the hotel manager for answers. She was amazing. Great place but unclear directions and terrible help from evolve.

This is an old farmhouse. Charming in many ways. And generally worked well for us. The place looks exactly like the listing inside, but what wasn’t obvious is that the river is across the street; sitting area is a bit away. The house is attached to / part of the Motel, though when you’re in the house, you don’t notice. It is right on the road so noise and light sensitive folks might have a hard time with that. The hot tub wasn’t operational when we were there in July. Perhaps they don’t keep it filled for Summer but would have been good to know. There were also a number of things missing in a normal kitchen set up and the cleanliness was just okay, save for the dusty corners. The walkability to the small Franconia town was perfect and the River walk is quite nice. Overall it was a fine stay but for a few tweaks, it would have aligned to our expectations.
