The bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning. The door can be locked. You will have access to a shared kitchenette where you could prepare a coffee or simple meals. Thanks to a self-check-in system and clear instructions you'll easily gain access to your bedroom via a key lockbox. This friendly-budget room is in a guesthouse, a 1800's palace in the heart of an emblematic neighbourhood in Lisbon. Feel at home in this guesthouse designed for the new age of professionals. The staff were responsive and accommodating, and the location was convenient. While the bed was comfortable and the bedding clean, the room had noticeable mold along the baseboards, windowsills, and in the bathroom. We kept the window open for airflow. The shared kitchen, though handy, lacked proper cleanliness; wooden utensils and the dish drying rack were moldy. The actual condition of the place didn't match the brightness and organization depicted in the listing photos. The adjacent co-op working space seemed neglected and closed most of our stay. Unfortunately, due to rain, we couldn't enjoy the garden. Overall, if you're seeking a basic bed in a hostel-like environment, this place serves its purpose.
Der flexible Check In hat super geklappt. Wir hatten alle Informationen, die wir brauchten, schon im Voraus. Außerdem würden uns bereits zuvor Tipps für Lissabon geschickt . Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Anreise vom Flughafen aus ist in 35min mit der Metro und ohne viel bergauf laufen zu schaffen. Wir haben uns in der Gegend wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Wetter schlecht, deswegen konnten wir den sehr schönen Garten nicht nutzen. Die Gemeinschaftsräume waren allesamt sauber. In unserem Zimmer roch es allerdings feucht und es war auch Schimmel auf der Fensterseite zu sehen. Ansonsten würden wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

The guesthouse is located between Principe Real and Avenida da Liberdade.
Principe Real is a central and emblematic neighbourhood where you can enjoy having a walk through gardens and 19th century maisons, visit the botanical garden and browse through Portuguese designer stores. It is a lively and trendy area full of little cafes and typical tascas.
The guesthouse is 5 minutes walk to Principe Real Garden and also, 8 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the city, Miradouro Sāo Pedro de Alcantara.
The guesthouse is perfectly located to move around by walk but there are also many close bus stops. The closest metro station is Avenida and is only a few minutes walk away. The closest train station is Rossio, from where you can take the train to Sintra for a day trip.
If you come from the airport, the house is only 35 minutes away by metro. You will need to take the red line from the airport to São Sebastião and there change to the blue line and stop at Avenida, from Avenida station is 5 minutes walk to our guesthouse.
There are also a few easy paid parking options around.
