Bedroom in our lovely five-storey pink palace designed to host travellers exploring Lisbon. The bedroom has a little balcony, a private bathroom and air conditioning. The bedroom door can be locked. You will have access to a shared kitchenette where you could prepare a coffee or simple meals. Thanks to a self-check-in system and clear instructions you'll easily gain access to your bedroom via a key lockbox. It is simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This friendly-budget room is in a guesthouse, a 1800's palace in the heart of an emblematic neighbourhood in Lisbon. Feel at home in this guesthouse designed for the new age of professionals. Start living like a local from day one and enjoy working in our co-working space next door, shared with other like-minded travellers.

Antoine’s place was perfect for my needs. The location was great! Peaceful enough but very close to busier areas. The staff was wonderful and I found the people working in the co-working space very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. I arrived quite early, and appreciated that I could drop my bags. My only wish that there was a better set-up for this as I felt like it was difficult not to disrupt the workers as I came and went with my luggage. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
A very nice, practical and affordable accommodation in a convenient and close to the city-centre location
Very nice place walking distance to Rossio station and the downtown area of Lisbon. Very clean and easy check in. The only downside: the door to the room is super thin meaning you can hear people entering the hallway. If people come back super late at night, you’ll wake up. Other than that I was really happy with everything and would recommend this place!

The guesthouse is located between Principe Real and Avenida da Liberdade.
Principe Real is a central and emblematic neighbourhood where you can enjoy having a walk through gardens and 19th century maisons, visit the botanical garden and browse through Portuguese designer stores. It is a lively and trendy area full of little cafes and typical tascas.
The guesthouse is 5 minutes walk to Principe Real Garden and also, 8 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the city, Miradouro Sāo Pedro de Alcantara.
The guesthouse is perfectly located to move around by walk but there are also many close bus stops. The closest metro station is Avenida and is only a few minutes walk away. The closest train station is Rossio, from where you can take the train to Sintra for a day trip.
If you come from the airport, the house is only 35 minutes away by metro. You will need to take the red line from the airport to São Sebastião and there change to the blue line and stop at Avenida, from Avenida station is 5 minutes walk to our guesthouse.
There are also a few easy paid parking options around.
