The property is very secure, featuring a private, secure 2-car garage in the basement and secure shutters for safety and a perfect night's sleep. The villa is located just a mile from Yalikavak Marina and is close to the town center, offering unobstructed views of the sea and marina. The outdoor area features a jacuzzi with an unobstructed view of the sea and marina, sun beds, and plenty of space for tanning and sunbathing. This hillside hideaway in Yalikavak is truly one of the finest getaways I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling my home for a few days. The interior is a granite and marble. The beds are top tier comfortable. It’s a house you can really breathe in. The host Mateen is really gracious and helpful. I truly felt at home and cozy.I’ll give you a day in the life: I woke up to a magnificent sea/mountain view on my balcony every morning. Right after that I would go downstairs and have a glorious swim in the warm pool. Then have breakfast on the sun bed while air drying. Then workout on the lawn. Then head out to start my day in that beautiful corner of the world call Bodrum. Honestly though, I spent the majority at my time at the hillside hideaway. I will certainly be back sooner rather the later.
Our stay was absolutely delightful. It is by far the best AirBnb I’ve stayed at because it was even better than what I was expecting- a beautiful, spacious property, the views were absolutely breathtaking and the host was incredible with his swift communication and friendliness. The villa was spotless and made for a very cozy stay Next time we visit Bodrum, we will definitely book here again!

Myself and my partner had an amazing stay at Mateen’s villa. The beautiful and luxurious interiors were exactly as described in the photos, and the unrestricted marina and sea views were stunning, offering total privacy. The pool and jacuzzi are great to relax after a day at beach or on a boat for relaxation, while its close proximity to amenities allows to reach the beach, great restaurants, bars and supermarkets with ease. The host, Mateen and property manager were incredibly helpful and gave lots of handy recommendations for restaurants, bars, boat hire and were always on hand with any query we had. Perfect place to relax at any time of the year - we’ll definitely be back!
