In the district of Viganello, ROGGIA 14 is the perfect base for couples wishing to visit the city on foot, families touring Ticino or workers on business trips. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a recently constructed building and is only a few steps away from the Exhibition Centre, where some of the most important trade fairs and events in Ticino are held, and from Parco Ciani with its lakeside promenade. The open-plan living room consists of a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, a living area with a table for 4 people, a TV with which to relax at the end of the day, and a sofa which makes an excellent double bed for the night.
The large window illuminates the entire room and takes you out onto the terrace to enjoy a breath of fresh air or an aperitif as the sun goes down. The master bedroom is cosy and has a large wardrobe.
