We had a truly memorable time during our stay at Nikolaos's beautiful seaside home. It is a grand villa, very spacious with a picturesque setting right on the sea that creates a magical feeling. The home welcomes you with a beautiful garden in front and everywhere there are verandas and decks with gorgeous sea and mountain views. Two steps from the back porch and you are in the sea, we started every morning with a swim. The entire house has a grand yet peaceful feeling. The kitchen is very well equipped and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out, cook, read, relax and enjoy. Nikolaos is a warm and responsive host, he genuinely wants his guests to have the best time possible. We can't wait to come back!

Niko, his team and the house... absolutely perfect. Great location and centrally located to all - Kalamata, beaches, cafes, beach bars. Any questions I had were answered immediately and with the greatest attitude. Will definitely be back.
