Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Edinburgh, Scotland, and within 15 minutes to either the airport or center of town, your detached luxurious 4-bedroom home is awaiting your arrival. Overlooking the majestic Pentland Hills. this haven of tranquility offers a harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking views, enveloping you in a world of refined luxury. With four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, the property has everything you need to have a refined, comfortable stay. The home is modern and bright, with living space for 8 (and potentially two more in our game room that extends as a sleeper sofa). We have two living areas, a living room and a game room with an xbox available. There is also a separate office downstairs with an iMac computer and printer for your use in case there is a need to browse the internet or do some work. There is also a dedicated driveway for up to 6 cars if required.

Great Stay
Beautiful house on the outskirts of the city with easy transport links and stunning walks within 20 mins.
Although I didn’t stay there myself I had booked it for 4 colleges who needed to stay in area for work. They all loved it and were delighted with the accommodation. Couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay there again .

Fairmilehead is located just 1.5 miles south of the beautiful suburb of Morningside. There is a Bar/Restaurant on hand just a 2 minute walk away. Local supermarkets including Waitrose, Morrisons & Tesco are all within a 5 minute drive.
It is ideally situated for easy access to both the city and the airport.
Great location for access to the center of Edinburgh or the airport. We are situated just south of Morningside in Fairmilehead. Walking to Morningside or Bruntsfield on the edge of the city center is easily manageable if public transport is not preferred.
Dedicated parking for 6 cars at the home for those driving to Edinburgh.
Bus stop is a 1 min walk from home and 15 minutes to center of town, 3.75 miles away.
Uber availability as required, pick up at front door.
Airport is only 15 minutes using the Edinburgh city bypass, conveniently located just a few minutes from the home.
