Hola, my name is Maria, your host at Villa Bonica! I would love to offer you an authentic Mediterranean experience at the beautiful Costa del Sol in Spain! Only minutes away from the Fuengirola beaches, shopping malls, restaurants and bars, while still enjoying that Spanish country home feeling. Large property (3000M2), renovated rooms, large pool, mature garden, and panoramic views towards the Sea and surrounding Mijas Costa hills. We provide the highest convenience during your stay!

Maria’s place is beautiful. It’s peaceful, private and comfortable. The pool area is great, with a fabulous pergola which allows for sitting in the shade all day, as well as loungers to take advantage of the sun. The pool is very clean.
This was the perfect accommodation to spend our week in the Costa Del Sol. The area is beautiful and the apartment offers beautiful views and great facilities (perfect for families). The real star of the show here however, is the host. Maria really cannot do enough for you, she so welcoming and warm, we immediately felt right at home. Maria gave us some excellent recommendations and it really meant we made the most of our time in Fuengirola and exploring the surrounding areas. I really hope to be back to visit in the near future!
Maria was incredibly friendly and gave us great suggestions for activities in the surrounding area. The apartment was lovely and in beautiful surroundings- clean pool, lovely pergola and great space for children with football goal and trampoline. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay but it really is an amazing place to stay, especially for a family with young children.

Villa Bonica is located in the affluent La Sierrezuela urbanization, between the enchanting whitewashed village of Mijas Pueblo in the mountains, and the hustle and bustle of coastal city Fuengirola.
Sierrezuela is a hill with beautiful villas, and a 20-minute stroll around the
tranquil neighborhood gives you 360˚ views of surrounding mountains, olive groves, golfcourses, towns, and coastline.
If you are by car, then you are minutes away from everything! Fuengirola Beach 9 minutes, Fuengirola Center 6 minutes, El Corte Ingles Shopping Mall 5 minutes, Carrefour Supermarket 7 minutes, Miramar Mall with Cinemas 7 minutes. But also in our Sierrezuela neighbourhood we have local amenities within a 2 minutes drive (or 8 minute walk): bakery, supermarket, 5 restaurants, pharmacy, and hair salon.
If you do not have your own car, then you have several options:
Villa Bonica shuttle service: we do drop offs and pick ups - super convenient!
Taxi/Uber/Bolt: there is a Taxi stop (900mtr walk) in our neighbourhood with a permanent taxi standby, and they take you to the beach for 7 euros. Uber and Bolt come pick you up at the villa.
Bus: There is a bus stop 900 meters from our house. Avanza bus M127 takes you in 4 minutes into Fuengirola city (1-2 euros)
