Very safe, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The area is old, comfy and very appreciated amongst locals. Neighbours are nice people.
The house has number code locks. You can park your car(s) freely on the yard. Garage is bit small for a car but storing bikes etc. it will be perfect. Also the garage has a number code lock.
