Lovely, spacious place in a quiet area. Huge yard and easy parking. Perfectly presented, clean, easy access. Personal touches were greatly appreciated. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Our family has enjoyed the stay at Tracy's house. A very clean and tidy house with clean towels, bed sheets and doonas etc and everything we needed. Lots of room and space inside and outside of the house for our big family (including a large backyard with undercover BBQ and man cave). The host Tracy was also very friendly with responsive and prompt communications. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again if we are ever in the area. Thanks again Tracy!

The house was fantastic. The kids loved the room to move and play in the yard instead of being in a motel room. The house was clean to a high stand, the care basket was great until we got to the shops. I will be staying again on our next trip to Cootamundra if it's not booked. The house wont disappoint.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Beautiful big family house, so clean and feels so peaceful. All the extras in the home help a-lot if travelling for short time and you forget to pack essentials. Great big backyard my kids enjoyed. This home was amazing had everything a family could ask for and the host is so friendly and helpful. I would love to stay again. Thank you Tracy for a great stay.
