Had a great stay at Nicola & Chris’ place while I was getting settled in London. The flat was perfect for working and a great location. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Transit was very convenient to get anywhere I needed. Would recommend to anyone interested in exploring South London.
Lovely stay in a lovely place - hosts were incredibly responsive and lovely and really accommodating with the gap in tenancies - would stay again in a hearbeat

Host was wonderful, very kind and thoughtful. The place was very clean & had all the kitchen necessities. Check-in was easy as the host was there to show me around & was more than accommodating. Definitely wish I found this place earlier in my travels. I will definitely stay here when I’m back in London. I felt very safe & had my privacy during my stay. I enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere as I did work from home in the mornings. Overall a great stay. Thanks for the stay!!

If you don't know Balham, it is an incredibly safe, nice area in one of the most desirable areas of London. It was recently voted by The Sunday Times as one of the best places to live in London! Balham has a village feeling and has a warm and friendly vibe is just 20 minutes from Central London.
The apartment is exceptionally well located and it is about a 10 minute walk to Clapham South Tube station (Zone 2) and about a 5 minute walk to Balham underground (Northern Line - Zone 3) / British Rail overland (15 mins to Victoria).
It comprises the upper two floors of a Victorian house and is on one of Balham's most desirable streets on the Zone 2/3 border. It is also less than a 5 minute walk from the N155 night bus route from central London.
The flat is secure and is just a two minute walk from Balham High Road, so is good for someone who wants to feel safe walking home late at night from work/pub etc.
The nearest tube station is Balham Tube / Overground, which is about 20 minutes from Central London.
