Beautiful house with an amazing view. Wonderful social spaces and communication from the host. Be ready to walk or hike the stairs to get to restaurants or train. Not everyone can climb the 400 steps up. We had some in our group that couldn’t do it. A taxi will take you to the camping but you still have to walk down about 100 steps to get to the house. Luggage is an issue as taxis will not go to the house as the road is very steep. If you are fit it is a great house! Also the security deposit we paid in cash at time of arrival is not allowed on the airbnb platform; I found out afterwards.

excelente casa para muchas personas. Nosotros éramos una familia de 9 y estuvo perfecto. La casa está muy linda y bien equipada con muy buenas vistas de Menton y el mar. El acceso es muy complicado, a no ser que sea en un SUV 4x4. El acceso por escalera puede ser desde arriba (estacionamiento del camping) o desde abajo pero siempre son unos cuantos pisos por escalera. la pasamos muy bien!!

You can’t get much better views than this! Stunning large house which has plenty of space to relax. The location was superb, we highly recommend the restaurant up the stairs near the campsite if you love steak and pizza. The 191 steps to the property are a challenge but ok if you plan every day what you need and share the load to carry! The instructions to find the house drive way in an SUV via the campsite could have been more specific, when we had to take a taxi one day the driver was looking everywhere and it wasn’t easy to find, even with us in the car and using maps. But this could be improved with a bit more explanation if you need to take a taxi door to door.

Villa Bethanie is an absolutely enchanting place and we loved our stay. The view from the terrace is stunning and the Villa is exactly as described and as in photos, even better when you live in! It is spacious, clean and full of light. We enjoyed it so much than my mother and my mother in law never wanted to go out! 😉 Hope to come back!
