Another great stay with Julio! His spots are our go-to places when visiting my wife’s family. He makes everything very easy and is always welcoming and willing to help out with whatever is needed. Looking forward to staying again later this summer. Thanks again for everything Julio!

We had a nice quiet stay in Carthage, NY on Pleasant Lake…We travelled to see the 2024 Total Eclipse in Watertown. Julio was very helpful with suggestions for viewing. Julio’s place was nicely laid out, we loved the window seats for reading, with a pretty view of the lake, comfortable space, nicely decorated and a great kitchen for cooking. Would highly recommend and maybe we make our way back and kayak on Pleasant Lake in the future. One last thing Julio was a great host and allowed us a late check out since we were making our way North for the second leg of our trip. Thanks Julio.

The space was cozy but spacious. The appliances were all new and high-end. The beds and furniture were all comfortable, and the linens were soft. An abundance of blankets and large...very large towels... were in supply. While there is a flight of stairs to get to the space, the view of the lake is worth it. It was a great place to stay while visiting with family stationed nearby at FT Drum. While our visit was a winter visit, we are now considering coming back for a summer visit so we can take advantage of the lake.
