Welcome to our cozy Paris Ave flat! This charming apartment has a generously sized terrace perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. Situated in the heart of Prague, at Parizska 1, this prime location is just a stone's throw away from the iconic Old Town Square, immersing you in the vibrant energy of the city. The metro station and the tram stop are in just 5 minutes of walk. Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally-located place. Luxurious and very lovely two-room apartment with two king-size beds, a dining room with a kitchen, and a Smart TV equipped with the high-tech Apple TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for work and entertainment. In the kitchen, you can find all the necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, cooker, oven, kettle, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. All utensils, pots, and pans are included. Coffee, tea, linens, and towels are provided, in the bathroom, you will have a hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel.

Guys, the apartment is nice as showing in the picture. But, unfortunately, there was a scheduled maintenance which the host failed to notify me prior to making the reservation. There was so much noise of drilling and hammering started as early as 7 AM!! Which made it impossible to sleep. In addition, there was no hot water in the morning which I couldn’t shower. I wasted many hours waiting for the host either to fix the heater or to extend the checkout for longer period. None of these happened unfortunately. The host could have declined the reservation easily due to these inconveniences, or she could have handled the situation better!!. Again great apartment, but I surely won’t be coming back ever!

Tolle Wohnung in der traumhaften Altstadt von Prag. Zentraler kann man nicht wohnen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und sehr groß! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend! Sehr zu empfehlen!

A small convenience store is just around the corner.
The Staromestska metro station and tram stop are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
ARE YOU TRAVELING
BY CAR?
It`s pretty easy to find us at the address Parizska 1. The price to park on the street is 80 CZK per hour (approx 80 € per day), so I would recommend parking in a nearby secured garage for 660 CZK / 24h - just contact us for booking and we will check availability.
BY PLANE?
For your greatest comfort, we may also arrange a transfer service for you.
Single way:
1-4 people = 38 €/900 CZK, 5-8 people = 50 €/1200 CZK.
Both ways:
1-4 people = 72 €/1700 CZK, 5-8 people = 96 €/ 2300 CZK.
Please send us your flight number, arrival time, and full name to arrange it.
Otherwise, Prague is famous for its very convenient metro, bus, and tram.
You may take bus number 119 to the metro station "Nadrazi Veleslavin" (the last stop of the bus) and from there take a metro to "Staromestska". From there it is a walking distance of about 5 minutes. The whole journey should take up to 50-60 minutes.
BY TRAIN?
You can walk from the Main Train Station. The whole journey should take about 20 minutes.
Another possibility is to take Uber/Bolt. It will cost you about 7-10 euro. We suggest not using other taxis, especially yellow ones, as they might be overpriced.
