Cecilio and his team were easy to contact and accommodating. The space was clean and as pictured. The location is great, lots of restaurants, banks and bars around.

replies of owner took a while, but very responsive nonetheless. very simple yet clean place! they do have wifi but sometimes mabagal wifi nila lalo na if you're watching netflix sa tv. speaking of netflix, you have to use your own account to watch netflix sa tv. the only problem that we encountered ay yung sa bath, wala siyang harang for the water so mejj mapupinta yung water ng konti sa area ng toilet. still a great and affordable place to stay! i would still recommend to book this place despite the bathroom problem.

Well, never again. It was a nice place but the problems with communication and NEVER replied to my inquiries about the place. When I arrived, I was forced to pay an extra P1,900. In addition; upon arrival, the room that I reserved and fully paid for weeks ahead - was actually taken by another guest. Staff was doing their best but lack of communication was very unfair and was so troublesome. Writing this review feels bad because the listing is nice and checked most boxes but I felt like I had to write this review to warn others to make sure your airbnb host REPLIES to ALL your inquiries and NEVER leaves guests to themselves to guess and forces them to pay an insane amount of extra fees.
