The unit is approximately 700sqft. private home. Guest(s) will not share the home with anyone. It contains 2 large bedrooms, a full bath, a large living room connected to the kitchen. Kindly note there is an additional $10/night for the murphy bed if required for party 4 or less. Party of 5 or 6 automatically includes murphy bed. Guest(s) can have easy access to the laundry room without leaving home.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The location was great. Place was clean. The value for the price we paid was great.
We have spent 5 wonderful days at this perfect place. The suite is extremely clean, beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Nice spacing kitchen with large TV. With this low cost for a two bedroom suite which accommodate 5 adults, we cannot find any better place. The location is excellent, with the bus stop in front of the house. It’s also 5 minutes drive to Costco, 7 min to Surrey central and 10 min to Guilford Mall. Cami is a friendly host who responds immediately whenever we have any question. We definitely rebook this place when we come back to Surrey.

My place is located on a major public transit route. Guest is easily get to my place by public, or by Uber/Lyft. If driving, I can host up to cars for free.
