Cozy and comfortable house, right on the lake. On the island! Freshly renovated, everything is new. Nearby there is a restaurant and a boat station. There is very beautiful nature around. Ducks, fishing, sea of ​​mushrooms))) The host was very friendly and responsive, we entered a before check in time. There is a bus station nearby, and you can get to Lahti central bus/train station with no problem and frequent traffic. The cellular reception is great, bathroom inside the house but the shower nearby (its owned by the yaht club, however acess given to men only facilities)

The small cabin is located off shore about 300 meters. Three foot bridges connect the small island to the shore. They provide small carts to transport your luggage. Very beautiful island with a 360’ view. It’s about 2k from the city center, so it’s a bit inconvenient in that regard, but it’s a great location if you want privacy. The shower is located about 100 meters from the cabin and you need a pass code to enter. Seems the shower area is open to the employees of the restaurant/sailing club. Very good host, he picked me up from the train station and helped me get situated. He did tell me about a ghost that also lives on the island, so I heard every noise at night!
